I have always been looking for ways on how I can make my days more efficient.
Whether its weekdays or weekends, I have been seeking for ways to make any day a more effective one. I love squizing more tasks into my days, but without tracking/proper planning it’s hard..
And finding out the Habit Tracking technique has helped me a lot!
Because of it being a visual tool, it turns any of your personal/professional goals into a mini-game. It’s so simple, yet so effective. I find it the best tool to track your progress, that makes it motivating as you tick more days and feel proud for yourself 🙂
Thanks to habit Tracker I was able to make the below new good habits a part of my daily life (that I don’t have to track anymore):
– drinking more water and eating healthier
– meditating and being more active
– going to bed earlier and waking up with sunrises!
– being consistent with my projects
– incorporating new habits into my life, like learning to play piano, making art, learning to do splits..
Habit tracker is by far the most effective tool to make sure you stick to new habits.
It’s totally fine to have ups and downs, missing some days. But it’s super important to always come back to it, and continue tracking. Eventually, you will see all +++++ in your habit tracker, and the more +++ you see, the more happy and self-proud you feel!
