Discover how you can become happy
A world-famous psychologist Abraham Maslow, described the universal path for any human seeking for happiness. His theory, the ‘Hierarchy of Needs’, explains how people are motivated by different needs.
By accomplishing certain ‘levels’ of the pyramid, you receive more fulfilment, feeling of joy and satisfaction from your-self and your life.

Here, you can find out how you can do this for yourself.
No matter of your age, life situation and location, religion, past, etc – anyone can start accomplishing their desired life from today.
It’s important to note that the journey toward meeting these needs is very individual, dynamic and ongoing, contributing to a continuous process of personal development and fulfillment.
Overall, meeting your needs in each category of Maslow’s Hierarchy creates a positive cascade of events in your life.
It provides a solid foundation for emotional and psychological well-being, allowing you to navigate life with resilience, optimism, and a greater capacity for self-discovery and meaningful connections with others.
Below are all 5 steps of the Pyramid of Hapiness, discover how you could make it to the top:
1. Physiological Needs
When your basic physiological needs are met — having enough food, water, rest, and a comfortable living environment — you feel secure and grounded. Your energy levels are stable, and you can focus on higher pursuits without the distraction of immediate survival concerns.
2. Safety Needs
With a sense of physical safety, financial stability, and a secure environment, you experience peace of mind. There’s a reduced level of stress and anxiety, allowing you to concentrate on personal growth and the pursuit of your goals.
3. Love and Belongingness
Meeting social needs fosters a sense of belonging, love, and connection. You feel valued, supported, and emotionally fulfilled through relationships with family, friends, and a community. This emotional support contributes to your overall happiness and well-being.
4. Esteem Needs
Achieving personal and professional goals, gaining recognition, and developing a positive self-image satisfy esteem needs. This results in feelings of confidence, competence, and a sense of accomplishment, contributing to a healthy level of self-esteem.
5. Self-Actualization
When all the lower-level needs are met, you can focus on personal growth, creativity, and self-fulfillment. Pursuing your passions, realizing your potential, and contributing to the greater good bring a profound sense of purpose and joy. You feel in tune with your authentic self and experience a deep satisfaction with life.
