Self-love is not selfish or arrogant;
But it is a necessary foundation for a fulfilling life.
It is the fuel that drives you towards your dreams, the armor that protects you from negativity, and the beacon that shines your light bright for all to see.
So, my dear friend, embrace self-love with open arms. Embody it in every aspect of your life, and watch as it transforms you from the inside out. Remember, you are worthy, you are enough, and you are loved.

Tbh I’ve been mostly unhappy person during my first 29 years of life.
I did not know my purpose, I did not like my body, I felt moody every day and I had health issues. Something was wrong.
And here I am today, May 2023, 32yo, 100% healthy, weighting 55kg (last time I’ve been this light and fit in school 15 year ago o_O)
What caused the change?
A lot of self-education, self-time and learning the ‘self-love’ technique.
What is self-love? It’s when you invest time in what you love doing.
For me its movement (keeps me healthy and energised, my body loves it) – I dance, do yoga, walk a lot, run a bit, do 20-100 jumping jacks every day, I swim in cold oceans and much more.
I meditate, as this helps my mind feel better.
I obtain focus, control over my thoughts, feeling more balanced and calm. Btw the app @balance offers a free year of meditation for any new user – and I personally use it now (from time to time).
I do things that fulfil me.
I surround myself with my family – kids, pets, and do things that makes them happy, as this makes me happy in reward.
I eat quality food.
(my new recent hobby), as this way I show respect to my body. I am what I eat. I can feel the negative impact of processed foods / excess of gluten and dairy / alcohol or bad fat – right away. Its sooo soo bad for our bodies, avoid this crap, it makes our organs really sick!
I sleep at least 7 hours and most days Im off no later 10pm!
I wake up 5-7am (with my 2yo toddler) and I have a beautiful morning routine that makes me feel inspired for the day (I dance / eat good food / spend quality time with my family / plan the day)
I respect myself.
I do what makes me feel good internally, in my mind, in my heart, in my body, in my environment, in my family, in my space.

You can do this.
I came to such lifestyle with time. I’ve been researching, reading, self-educating and looking at successful peoples’ lifestyle examples.
If you respect yourself, your body, your mind = you will be happy.
You can do this.
Start giving yourself lots of love on daily basis and you will instantly notice the positive impact for you and your surrounding!
