Visualization is a key component of the Law of Attraction. By vividly imagining and feeling the achievement of your goals, you align your thoughts and emotions with the desired outcome. This process is thought to send a powerful signal to the universe, attracting the corresponding circumstances.

3. Affirmations

Affirmations involve repeating positive statements about yourself or your goals. By consistently affirming your desires, you reinforce positive beliefs and attitudes, aligning your mindset with the reality you want to create.

4. Gratitude

Life example – how I attracted my desired lifestyle

This is a story of my life.

It all started in New Zealand, a country I’ve chosen to move to in 2016, just beacuse I wanted to experience a different lifestyle.

Here, during pandemic, stuck in a tree house with my husband, I started to thrive.

Why? Because I was finally away from masses, from noise and distractions. I had more time for myself, I worked from home, and started getting lots of self-education from books / courses / online content.

Here I’ve discovered the power of our minds, by reading scientific literature on self-development, metaphysics and cosmology, I then applied different approaches that help to attract the desirable into my life.

Since 2020, I’ve been easily attracting things that I could vividly visualise and truly believe that I already have them.

1. We moved every 6 months to a new rental property, searching for the lifestyle we would like the most. All were located in ‘one of a lifetime experience’ places, by the oceans, in pure nature environment. Despite the rental shortage and having many animals, a toddler and limited budget.. The more presice I was on my next rental – the more presise my desire would come true.

2. Same way, I have self-taugh how to become a calm, healthy and kind person. Before I was anxious, often upset on people, boiling inside and feeling lots of anger. I was able to overcome it all, again thanks to daily actions and techniques as Law of Attraction.

3. Many more desires, like healthy lifestyle, easy pregnancy, fun parenthood, rental with a dream sea view, puppies for xmas, have also come true easily and pretty fast.

The Law of attraction is definetely my most favourite discovery of 21st century

– Cultivate a positive and optimistic mindset. Challenge and replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want. Surround yourself with positivity and people who support your aspirations.

– Regularly express gratitude for the progress you’ve made and the positive aspects of your life. Gratitude enhances your overall energy and attracts more positive experiences.

7. **Use Positive Affirmations:**
– Repeat your positive affirmations regularly, especially during moments of doubt or challenges. This helps to reprogram your subconscious mind and reinforce positive beliefs.

8. **Believe in Yourself:**
– Develop unwavering belief in your ability to achieve your dream. Trust that the universe is working in your favor. Self-confidence and belief play a crucial role in the manifestation process.
