Your life principles

= are your values

There are only 24 hours per day

And in order to do what truly matters to you / what makes you happy, its first crucial to identify your life principles, which allow you to estimate your goals, which then allow you to define tasks and plan your days according to your values 🙂

    The 8 life values

    Define 0-10 the state of satisfaction of each of the life aspects (0 very dissatisfied – 10 fully satisfied)

    The areas that you define as those that need work on (have low points and you want to focus on increasing them)
    => these are your current values / goals

    1. Health / Activities

    how good / bad are your physical and mental health?
    do you exercise consistently?
    are you happy with your body?
    are you thinking positively or negatively?
    are you toxic or proactive?
    are you a calm or anxious person?

    2.Wealth / Finances

    are you happy with how much money you have atm?

    would you like to change anything?
    do you have debts?

    3. Career / Self-Realisation

    have you found your purpose?
    have you found work that you enjoy doing
    are you passionate about your career?
    do you feel motivation to work?

    4. Love / Family / Kids

    do you feel lonely or are you a part of a thriving family?

    5. Community / Friends

    do you have a group of alike-minders, friends you like, people who followyour journey?

    are you a part of any community?

    6. Personal-Growth

    your level of self-improvement. are you happy with yourself?

    7. Hobbies / Fun / Creativity

    activities and hobbies that bring you joy – do you do them often?

    8. Consciousness

    do you meditate? do you know how to be ‘here and now’?

    are you a calm and balanced person or anxious and overthinking a lot?

    rate your mental wellbeing and consciousness level

    Hello, my name is Anastasia

    I come from an overcrowded city in Russia, where I lived first 26 years of my life, being unhappy and unhealthy. Then, after a trip to Sri Lanka, I’ve decided to improve my life and started acting.

    Having a rich experience in marketing, I knew a lot how to manage various projects, and decided to apply same approach to life – analyse, plan, act and improve. 

    Since then, thanks to such approach as the ‘Wheel of Life’, I was able to:

    – immigrate to another country, to the place of my dreams

    – become self-employed, starting my own marketing agency and doing lots of creative projects, working from the comfort of my home with sea views, with no need to pay a lot for living

    – become a balanced, happy and healthy human! Yes, I was very unhealthy and anxious in the past 🙁

    – have amazing motherhood and be a part of thriving family

    Now, I’m working on my next values and life goals, like becoming fully financially independent, owning a house on the beach and a batch in the mountains. I want to be outdoors most of my time, I’m considering to study Marine Biology in future in Australia, and atm I still have to work and be at home a lot. So there is always room for growth, and this is what makes life interesting!

    Your life journey starts with understanding where you want to go, whom you want to become, how you want to live and feel.

    All these will allow you to become truly happy and fulfilled. With help of this exercise it is super easy to analyse, plan and make your own custom actionable plan!

    In my example, I’m currently happy with most aspects of my life, which I want to maintain on same level, and I see that I need to focus more on my Finances and Community Building.

    This allows me to estimate my yearly goals and daily tasks in these fields.

    After you defined your values

    you can get more narrow and define your life / yearly / weekly goals and daily tasks to do in order to get where you wanna get 🙂
