Here’s why it works like a charm: Your brain loves visuals!

When you surround yourself with images of your goals, it sends powerful signals to your mind. It’s like giving your brain a friendly reminder of what you want to achieve. Your visual board becomes a daily dose of motivation, making your dreams feel more real and attainable.

Think of it as a roadmap for success, but instead of just words and plans, you have a vibrant and exciting display of your dreams. It keeps you focused, boosts your confidence, and sparks your creativity. Plus, every time you look at it, you’re sending a message to the universe that you’re ready to turn those dreams into actions.

So, grab some magazines, print out pictures, and start creating your visual board today. Let your imagination flow, and watch the magic unfold as your goals become a vivid reality!

Life Example – using the ‘Vision board’ exercise to achieve life goals

Anastasia Alex life-story. How creating a vision board back in 2020, helps achieve life goals since then.

I’ve done my first and only visual board back in 2020.
Below is what it looks like:

On the image – Anastasia’s Vision Board example in digital vesrion, created in Illustration Adobe App.

I had it in front of me for a year and now I only keep a digital version of it on my computer (and also an imprint of it in my mind :D)

And… since then I had many things come true.. and some are still wip..

    What came true:

    • Dogs! Just like from images
    • Kids! Just like on the photo, I ended up with an older son and a younger daughter! How cool is that!
    • I have learnt how to be balanced / happy / healthy – all this was just a dream – now a reality!
    • Im self-employed, living with the ocean view – again was just a dream back in 2020!
    • I’ve been living my outdoors dream-life! Fishing / Learninf surfing, kite-surfing, skiing, horse-riding, sailing and more!
    • I’ve joined art classes and become a real-artist from home since then!
    • I’ve started learning piano-lessons and splits
    • Still working on a bigger more consistent profit and my own houses and big communities

Exercise – create your own vision board!

The best way to create your vision board is to divide it into 9 parts.
You can of course do it your way, and below is the proper way of doing it so to cover all aspects of your life.

Don’t overthink, print or cut out the images of things you desire in life and simply glue them onto a big piece of paper / or if you have some digital skills – do it on computer like in example prior.

In your notebook, divide paper into 9 parts and write out how you want your life to look within all these parts?

Then find images for each part, to make your Goals more vivid = visual!
This way you will also be able to visualize and fantasize better!

    Ways of sourcing for images:

    – digital way – Pinterest / Google

search for visually-appealing images that respresent your goals the best: It can be anything from experiences / furniture / houses / things to own / places to see / big words or quotes / inspiring images…

anything what you want to see in your life
    – drag and drop or print-screen images onto your computer.

    – Free Vision Board creator on Canva

Is also a great tool, as this platform has it all in one places – images / editor / templates..

You can further print your vision board out
or you can create a digital visual board and keep it on the screensaver of your compuer / tablet / phone.

    – old-fashioned method would be to cut out all images and letters / words / quotes from magazines and books. If you have the time to do this – then go for it 🙂

The more you see your vision board –
the more you remember about your goals –
    the faster you achieve them!
